My Singapore customer already tried to beat my prices for manufacturing using his China connections. He later recanted that there was no way he could come close. It probably has to do with the fact that my own CNC I made myself at a cost of around $3000.00 and that competing equipment would come with a monthly loan payment probably in the $700.00/month for 3+ years, increasing my overhead. That, coupled skills in multiple disciplines leaves me self-sufficient for most everything. |
