My major is Public Administration with an emphasis in City Planning. This is my senior year starting this fall. I am going to go on for my masters in city planning while working for government.

Not many know it but it is mandated that housing be set aside for low income families. However, the governments have been so strapped for cash that they have allowed waivers bypassing the law. So instead of giving housing the devellopers give money to governments. Someone needs to stand up for these people who do not have a voice in government.

Courts have intervened on the behalf of the poor but still the 15 percent to be set aside is not followed prompting lawsuits that drag on for years. I want to help show it can work and people without credit are as hard working as others in the community.

noooo..primarly for older people that need nursing care..not completly hospice type setting..although anything to get it started

One of the biggest regrets I have is never having a child...not my choice, but still a regret. I want to do more with kids. I've been thinking of 'Big Sister', but I think I'd love actually having a child in my home as part of my family...maybe fostering an older child?

I'd also love to do some volunteer work at a health clinic in Haiti...had a chance to do it a few years ago. The ex wouldn't permit it (guess that's why he's the ex...among other reasons).

A friend also suggests regularly that I write a book...not sure about that one. Looks like I just have!
