Yes..this is another weight topic  ...but anyway why do ppl have to be so rude? i was with a friend of mine who is a "big" girl but shes really pretty...when we bump into a mutual friend who tells her (right in front of me)..."Wow....your still so pretty but you would be sooo much prettier if you lost that weight"....I was like "Excuse me..shes pretty no matter what"!  How rude! She knows she's overweight..she doesnt need anyone to tell her that anyway ppl piss me off!!  sorry just venting Thats when ya say... well a$$hole..your ugly and she an diet!!! |

That was very rude of them to say!! I myself am overweight, and on a diet!! I am trying to lose my weight, but it is hard!! I did lose 4 lbs. last week though!!  People can be very rude to heavyset people!!  Congrats RedSox!!! Great Job!! Keep up the good work!!

I used to get that til I tell them "thanks I know I am fat" But Fat is my acronym F-fine A-and T-tasty or tempting And I say it with a smile. It goes along way with making them see how rude they are. Sometimes I throw in "dont you wish you could get some of this big girl" espcecially if they are ugly.LOL You look good too

awwwwwww i know some ppl like that,,an they ant so hot there self,,,,,,,like he weighs about 400 pounds an he wants a skinny woman,,,,i told him,,good luck buddy I've seen it happen. A really good friend of mine left behind 4 kids and one skinny wife due to a massive heart attack, on September 9,2006

This is called the backhanded compliment. Someone trying to appear nice while actually being catty. Face it a lot of people are just rude and many more simply can't feel good about themselves without trying to make someone else feel bad. Sad but true....

When my sister died someone came up to me at the funeral home I thought to give their condolances .Their precious words of comfort were"hmm putting on a little weight aren,t you'?

i get that all the time. that or, "you WOULD be pretty if you lost weight." like my weight makes me ugly. so annoying.

Ive been told I am too fat or ugly by people who claim they love me, I DO NOT need it from someone who really I couldnt give a rats a$$ about. I have to wake up each morning and take care of me so I just let it roll off my back now.

Those people are missing all the beautiful colors of God's paintbrush if you ask me. I for one am glad we're not made from a cookie cutter! And unless there is a health issue...that's important to THAT person, why should they loose weight at all? Stressing over dieting is as harmful to your health as a few extra pounds might be. Some of the happiest people I know have had a little extra to hug and I personally think happy is true beauty!

Unfortunately, humans made a medication that messes with metabolisms, and humans kept prescibing and selling it, regardless of what it does to the body. Wife #2 was slender/average when we married, and her doctor put her on a medication that made her heavier than me. That wasn't what caused us to divorce, nor was it anything that stopped us in other areas. It pisses me off though, the general apathy of the medical community. Oh this sorta works, let's keep the poor bastard or non-bastard on it. |
