its about $4 a litre over here at the moment... 
They don't do litres here HOW CAN YOU AFFORD TO EAT IN THE UK NOW? we dont eat anymore...we are British you know, our stiff upper lip keeps us going!!! 
I was there in April shocking really shocking.it is not what it used to be I must say A car was passing by in kings heath in Birmingham passenger lowered the window and in an East European accent asked me if I wanted to buy a laptop which he produced out of no where? This kind of prices promotes crime. Yes...and we have dreadful crime over here too...mainly youths, and dare I say immegrants...knife crime is the biggest threat at the moment, kids killing kids over nothing at all 
I know that that is why I said shocking and at least it is knife crime thank god its not like here free for all guns at least that is a consolation love
