Please explain why it is legal to have sex in a hotel room, with a girl, for money, while someone is filming it for pornos.....yet

In order for prostitution to "take place", there'd have to be an exchange of money present at the time and place of the sex transaction.
In most porno productions, the performers are paid as if they were actors, via payroll companies who also keep tabs on stuff like payroll taxes (Social Security, FICA, etc.). So -in a way- it's done on a much more professional basis. Or at least that's what I've been told. |

Oh yeah the answer is easy. Prostitution and stds go hand and hand. Porn stars are tested rigourosly. Not allowed to film if they have them.
