Despair has been lost
Hopelessness destroyed
Sadness has no chance to rule
At least not everyday
That endless empty feeling has vanished
Things may happen
To one I cared a great deal about
But it's not my fault
Life's about living
Living does not mean
Hiding in the shadows of fear and what if's
What if the sky falls?
Better bring an umbrella
What if God calls him home?
Well they were his own stupid actions
I am no longer slave to worry and fear
Life is meant to be lived
Little by little
That's exactly what I'm doing
I cannot please the world
Nor can I fix it's problems
One person I can please is me
Thank you for opening my eyes
Making each day awesome
And helping me revive the happiness
That lay dead for so long
