understand, but i know that i will be renting for a long time, I don't want to buy a house until I am sure that's where i want to be for the rest of my life... know what i mean! plus, i'm just a poor college student right now and couldn't afford to buy one if i wanted to.

I'm lookin for somethin cheap, and modest for now.
