Is there a free and easy to stop spam going in my email box. I don't wanna get a new email address.

That would depend on how you're collecting your e-mails-

If you use a dedicated e-mail program (Mozilla Thunderbird, Outlook Express, Eudora), you can enable spam filtering. And how you do THAT would depend on the program you use, as they all have a different method of doing such stuff.

If you check your e-mails online (via a webmail service) then you can use THEIR method of spam prevention.

In both cases, it's usually a process where you push a button or click a check box that will notify the program/service to stop the spam.

I agree. I've got gmail and don't have any problems with spam getting in.
