I think so! I'm 40 and proud of it.. but then I do see some women that are younger than me and I'm like DAMN what happened to you?!

i think people in there 40s and 50s look younger then they did 50 years ago. not all, but alot, has something to do with dress, attitude, and lifestyle i believe.

i'll be 49 in september, don't feel it and most guess me alot younger. 50yrs ago most women were housewives & most men were all but married to their jobs to provide for the family...not alot of time for exercise. so, yes to your question
