If u owned a home and lived by yourself..... why on earth would YOU take out a loan and build 4 extra bedrooms on your house???

How many bedrooms to begin with???? For resale value, houses with more than 3 bedrooms are what sells.

You don't have to change sheets as often if you sleep in a differnt room every day.
