Yes for two reasons...one it is assault and battery (and something that will be there forever) and two...she must be one sick bit#h and should be kept away from civilized people for awhile..LOL..who knows what she would do to someone who might dis her more then not just return a call

i dont know how you go from a woman scorned who assaults and x lover to rape. two entirely different subjects.
my point with her getting a harsh sentence was that there alot of men out there who beat and scar women who dont always go to jail for it. thats all.. calm down i wasnt arguing that you were wrong..i was just stating what i believed |

Being tasered (probably several times to keep him incapicitated) and branded like an animal not only leaves this man physically scared for life...but what about the psychological effects? I am sure if a Man did this to a woman you would be horrified and shocked and the man would probably get a much harsher sentence.

i dont know how you go from a woman scorned who assaults and x lover to rape. two entirely different subjects. my point with her getting a harsh sentence was that there alot of men out there who beat and scar women who dont always go to jail for it. thats all.. calm down i wasnt arguing that you were wrong..i was just stating what i believed I am calm..LOL.....just stating a perspective that anyone, man or woman who assualts, abuses or maims another person should have punishment that fits the crime....and I think this is a pretty serious offense although it may seem "funny" on the surface.

 and maybe 5 years is a "little" too harsh...but a slap on the wrist(probation) would not fit this type of assault.
