some lady last night on here was trying to get revenge on an ex boyfriend i guess

she put his phone number on his profile gave the url out and changed the profile statin that he was a homosexual

i called the number not to make fun of but to let him know that this had happened
then i told her i did so and she got defensive and was like
he cheated then tried to get back with me so he could get in my pants
blah...blah...blah... he sells crystal meth
did i do the right thing by telling him or did he really deserve it
i think i did the right thing

I probably would not have gotten involved. After all- you're dating neither party, which means that your obligations to either of them are slim-to-none.

Since the "lady" in question posted the phone number of her ex-boyfriend in these forums, the ideal thing to do would have been to notify the moderators here and have THEM deal with the situation (the giving out of personal information on a PUBLIC site, that is).

she shouldn't have posted his phone number..that is just wrong. but then again, you shouldn't have called the number either.. let the two of them work it out
