For me, the big leap in technology was cable television. For my parents, it was television in general. For their parents, moving pictures/silent film. And for THEIR parents, ummmmm, I dunno.

my friends and i walked around alot, rode our bikes, went swimming, collected glass bottles along the roadside and took them to the grocery store for 10 cents a bottle, mowed yards, watched the young and the restless every day...lol...i remember when the first episode aired...nicki was a tramp w/a shady history and victor rescued her from her peril...we hung out at a stone quarry where none of us were actually allowed to go...
