I love sharks.. I find them beautiful and graceful in most ways... They are also the only species of animal still around after over 400 million years.. Now do I wanna swim with one? Not so much.... 
You can swim with me in the Lake  No Sharks in there.
I know they have a purpose but i'm still scared of them. Sorry my shark loving friends. |

The sandpaper you feel is actually a sharks denticles. These are designed for smooth drag when moving through the water. They only feel like sandpaper when you rub them the wrong way. Going with the grain, a shark is almost smooth to the touch...
