THIS IS BY FAR THE WORST DATING WEBSITE FORUM I HAVE EVER SEEN. NOT
EVERYONE JUMPS ON THE "ONLINE DATING BAND WAGON" AS THEY MAY HAVE SOME
SERIOUS RESERVE IN REGARDS TO ONLINE DATING, AS DO I. I CHOSE TO LOOK
AROUND ON THIS SITE AND DISCERN IF IT WAS ONE WORTHY OF POSTING A
PROFILE AND FOUND THAT IT WAS NOT. NAVIATION OF THIS SITE IS RIDICULOUS
AND WITHOUT SO MUCH AS INTITIATING CONTACT WITH ANYONE I WAS GIVEN A SO
CALLED 'VERBAL SPANKING' BY A MAN WHOM DOESN'T KNOW THE FIRST THING
ABOUT ME. HIS COMMENTS PUT HIM IN A LIGHT OF BEING SOMEONE WHO IS
POSSIBLY VERY DISTURBED - REINFORCING MY RELUCTANCE TO DATE ONLINE.

hey jane, the worlds full of weirdos so don't get discouraged, some
people rally don't have a clue but some people just get the wrong idea
from a message. what makes you say that this is the worst forums, in
your opinion what would make it better for you?

In my opinion, memebers like that should be permanently banned from the
website - that sort of behavior should never be tolerated on a dating
website as it does tend discourage people like myslef who might be
sitting on the fence with regards to joining an online dating website.
It's very intimidating. Fortunately, I'm a strong willed woman and
don't intimidate easily.


As for the website itself - it could some improvements. I don't seem to
be able to edit a search for singles in my area. I have also had issues
deleting mail and have had far too many questions about membership
issues that don't seem to be directly addressed anywhere. One of the
reasons I didn't join in the beginning. Where is a contact addy for
issues relating to this site? If there is a serious problem, I see no
contact info...

Incidently, where do you go to delete a profile? I have noticed many
questions in regards to that in the feedback forum. I don't see an
option for that either, or a way of doing that unless you just clear all
the fields...Where is the "help" page that tells you about those types
of things? There should be a "page" set aside specifally for that and
not a public forum where you have to ask and receive answers from other
members. I find that odd. Pretty important info for a newly joined
member to know don't you think?

the site is new so if you're patient i'm sure that most of this stuff
will be addressed
deleting inbox mail can be done by opening the message and
deleting..sent mail cannot be deleted yet but they are working on it.
if you need to contact the staff they are available in the main page of
the forum under help and feed back and they can be contacted there. they
are fairly prompy at getting back to you also and that is a part that i
like about this sit, just post a topic there and they will post a
solution.
a search can be edited if you go to search and then choose the to narrow
down the search based on physical attributes and location.
as far as the member that you have come into contact with, i don't know
the extent of the message but i think that if you reported it and it
constituted abuse he would be dealt with but there are all kinds of
people on here and you can't ban them for being a little rude or
misunderstanding the intentions of something, if you look through the
forums there are disagreements all the time but that is a part of life.
i hope that if you continue to use this site that it gets better for
you...take care

there should be a delete or hide profile function but i am not sure if
they have one at the moment and you are right about the privacy issue
but it's not only members that answer the feed back forum. the staff
monitors that regularly and alot of the answers are from the operators.

this man was more than rude...he sounded ill. I would never say
something about someone to that degree if I didn't think it was true.
It was the most hateful email I have seen. And that my friends is not
something you should turn a deaf ear to. Staff need to be aware of
those types of individuals and that should not be taken in any way shape
or form lightly.

I wanted to report that mail...but where? I'm very computer
literate...there is nowhere on the site that I have found that gives you
an option to contact staff.

I won't go on and on, but there are some obvious "bugs" that need to be
worked out. Obviously....


I'm aware of them. That's why it's important to look these sites over
before you join.

that's the thing, don't delete the e-mail and put up a post in the help
section and a member of the staff will get back to you shortly. i'm
sorry that this site isn't completed yet but there are avenues to
explore and you will receive help. you are also right, you should not
have to put up with that kind of stuff. there is a block feature on here
which would prevent him from contacting you.

From what I've seen of the different forums and complaints
there's only one man running this site.
And he's got his hands full.
And yet developing another such site.

I've also noticed that members don't follow up on a
complaint when he asks for certain important info.

This site may get better as it gets to be
more popular.
After all, it is free.
This guy is doing what I've been wanting to do.
Develope a dating site with free membership.
But I lack the knowledge.

Yeah, this site has a lot to be desired.

But don't let one e-mail discourage you.
Live moves on. Move with it.

him from being able to send further emails..

That guy has hit on lots of the women...just block him and he can't send
you any more emails. Several of the girls have complained and the guy
doing this site said just to block him...you do meet a lot of strange
ones...but then again, I have met some nice ones also!

hahaha..he wanted pics of me..like the private kind, ya know..so i told
him no in a not so kind way..lol..he emailed me back calling me a foul
mouthed sl*t..and lots of other unkind words..haha oh well..

you should have told him," with a dirty mouth like that you must like a
big dick in your mouth" lol it probably would have made him madder but
alot of those people get off knowing that no one knows who they are.
