one thing i will say adam is that jsh has bin a crutch for me, if you see alotta my post or replys have bin comical , this is how i have bin able to cope, laughter is medicine.!!!! cheers

And he's right Adam. That's what I do. Takes time and you said it's only been a few weeks since your sister passed away, but you will smile and laugh. We will see to it!

Yes my sister I lost 6 year ago. It was terrible she was 8 year younger no one think somthing like that will happen especially when they are younger than you. I miss her at times like now. Smiles I agree with the one about humor lord you need that. I use smiles allot too :)
