That's very sad indeed that we are not mature enough to attract the company of an obviously intelligent and insightful woman.

This is the internet... Yeah it is, but what i'm talking about and she was. is some of the people on this forum. Fals people that persent themselves one way infront of all of us and act another in emails. Liable to happen, count your cards at least they found out before they met. On internet dating one of the biggest risks is someone portraying themselves as one thing and becoming completly different upon meeting, this should (in my mind) be an understood and accepted liability...just because a few people turn out to be bad doesn't make the rest of them bad. Your right, just because a few people turn out to be bad doesn't make the rest of them bad. But no one needs to attack anyone on the forum or email

i hear you shadow and respect that. but, we were all new at one time and we have to just be ourselves and find those we are comfortable with. generalizations like her email don't ring true for alot of people on here and i've made some excellent friends, all while enduring pervs and kooks. and truly, is this very much different than 'real life'? i always try to welcome new members, but at the same time, we're adults and have to learn to not take things so personally. special people do come along, even online 
I agree  Some it will take more then others to see things. But if you noticed and i have to put it this way. If a really atractive women joins the forum. Two things happen right off the bat. One, men will jump all over it and some have no respect. Two some of you women get really jealous of a new member like this and they will attack because they feel threaten of being in there sapce. Well women! not all of you i'm talking abot, but anyone has the right to be here as much as you do....
goes for men as well and you speak the truth, i saw this last night first hand. however, i also saw how this woman attractive woman presented herself and i just wanted to tell her she was beautiful and needed to have more respect for herself first!! it was obvious what she was going to attract. you reap what you sow in many cases. but, none the less, group hug and peace

It is inevitable my friend, I am all for everyone being genuine and nice while talking to other's...but that probably won't happen, but cheers to you mate!

Yup I agree shadow. I've given up worrying about it though. In all honesty people are going to be douches online or off. Just offline I'm a little more intimidating lol. And, they don't speak as freely because they're affraid of me haha. Ah well. I've never once put out the impression I was a big arsehole. I'm really a cool guy. More of a big teddy bear lmao. Anyways,
Right on I know there are a alot of good people on here and this is why i been onn this site so long. Alterego said it. it would be nice to at leat give a new member a chance, not that things wont happen, but i like when i see new members come back and make friends ships. Hell it puts up new topics

Sounds like JSH needs a war room of sorts or a kill Kenny thread if you will. JSH should cook up a bogus kenny profile that people can go in and be as hostile as they want because its not a real profile. Trouble is, who gets to be the voice of kenny? I used to take people in the forums personal but I guess I just realized that some people need to lash out to make themselves feel better. As far as the emails that women get i'm not really sure, maybe its time for moderators to crack down and start banning people for good. Its a tough call because sometimes people want to flirt and pay compliment but there is a line between innocent compliment and blatant pig!

Well, me not knowing what was said to her or why it was said to her I can only comment on what I say to not only women but everyone on here if they are new or not. I like to have fun and joke around and I take very few things serious. I have discovered if I post something as simple as talking about Mickey Mouse someone will find a way to flame it. I think there are people on here for that sole purpose. They jump from one post to another until they see a way they can attack. I have grown a thick skin to it but they do it to everyone. As far as sending emails to people, I have sent emails to very few but I never say anything disrespectful and the ones I have taken the time to send an email to is because I genuinely respect either their feelings or opinion. |

Some new people got attacked for what they were wearing. IF someone is going to speak up about something, it should be about what they say. Have seen a lot of inappropriate "pics" up. just MY opinion

That is too honest to post my friend. So true. I've seen this in person though also. The beautiful girl in fact fought back and called the women *****es. I didn't really notice it until she pointed it out to me but she was being belitted by others. |
