sayin i think there is a way to get gas prices down.The goverment can do something.I had a teacher tell my son we are fighting for oil well if thats true wouldn't the prices go down?What say you does it bother you?

Unfortunately in most cases people will pay no matter what the price is

It almost seem's we are just fighting for noting any more, more so because of Bush big a$$ ego.

I seen on a news video a few seconds ago after all the stock oil guys are done doing there thing, the prices will start to come down a bit.

Either way the price of gas is way to high and I think there is something that can be done.. but Bush and the goverment doesn't want to do anything.

Heck they need to send out two or more rounds of that IRS rebate check most every body got and do it again and again, to try and help every body out.


We are really lucky though because if we lived over in the U.K or Japan where there paying above $6 bucks for gas.

I listened to an economist about a year ago who predicted gas going to 5 bucks a gallon and staying...he said it had nothing to do with supply, just money. He stated that the economy would absorb 5 a gallon without being affected too adversly. Will be interesting to see if he was right.

Boycott....If everyone could agree to buy gas only on certain days, say Monday and Friday. Then let every gas station in the whole USA keep their gas the rest of the week do you think this would make a difference??

You're still going to buy the same amount of gas, and even if you decide to boycott one station like Exxon they're still making money selling their gas to convience stores.

Boycott all stations, not just one let them keep their gas the rest of the week is all I am saying, yes you will buy the same amount, just not on those days everyone agrees on not to buy gas.

It's part speculation and part Mideast instability caused by Dubya's war. Slow down and you'll use less gas.
