God's Heaven, a real place of joy.

Commonly known facts about our Universe.
As we look toward the blue sky above, we see the gfirst of three parts to the expanse we call Heaven. The atmosphere heaven and contains the elements we need to breath in order to stay alive.

The second Heaven is known as the stratospheric heaven, or firmament, in which the sun, moon, and the stars exsist.

The expanse of space, that even the planets around the Earth encompass, numbers into millions and billions of miles, Jupiter for example, is the fifth planet from the sun and the latgest planet in the solar system. It is 483 million miles away from the sun and makes a complete revolution in 11.9 Earth years. Pluto is no longer considered to be the ninth and the outermost planet frfom the sun, yet it still revolves around the sun once in 247.7 years at an average distance of 3.67 billion miles from the sun.

The Milky Way is the large disk-shaped aggregation of stars or galazy that includes the sun and its solar system. Its name is derived from its appearance as a faintly luminous band that stretches across Earth's sky at night. This band is the disk in which our solar system lies.

Finally, and most important, is the highest and third region of Heaven known as the habitation of God. It is in this third Heaven where God dwells that we will enjoy the presence of God our Creator.

But His power, God sets in motion everything that exists. From the largest star he places in the outer space right down to the smallest atom, God by His presence touches them all.

The highest joy and the greatest honor will be the moment when we meet the Lord Jesus Christ face-to-face for the very first time. The Bible seems to indicate this will happen upon our first entering Heaven. It will be in your first few moments with Jesus that the truth held in the following verses will have great value to you. "It is written: "no eye has seen, no ear has heard, no mind has conceived, what God has prepared for who who love him." As the son of God, Jesus will begin to unveil may great mysteries....God's secret wisdom, a wisdom that has been hidden and that God destined for us to one day understand" (1 Corinthians 2:7,9 NIV).

Please feel free to openly discuss in a nice manner all the above.....

The second part of the series is entitled A Wonderful Invitation.

i promise myself, i am not gonna reply to this or any more religious post...i think, like a porn site, you should be able to find your way to it with out bothering others with your view, either way without finding it on a dating site

Uhm...well..I'm sort of confused as to what we're discussing? Because from a scientific aspect, everything about the planets and such is correct without anything really to debate about it...and from a religious aspect, well...that assumes that people are of that faith and that they disagree with what you said. If going by the question you put as the topic: "Is heaven your goal" on that I could discuss as I hold a difference in opinion with you. :)

Ah, alrighty :P Yeah, I mean...on everything but the religious side of things I agree...but that's because it's all known facts lol Although, with Pluto there's still some debate over if it's a planet or not, and then we have Planet X just to make things more confusing. laugh

It's all confusing.....then tell me....what are your beliefs on how it all got here from the start? Do you believe it came from a speck of dust......as evolution tell us that we came from a speck of dust that landed in the water and turned into a tadpole that turned into a frog, that crawled out and turned into a monkey, and then an ape and then us? For me I think not...but give me your take on it.

you also just showed that you dont know the difference between evolution and abiogenisis and that even then, you have a gross misconception about what the latter actually entails. google is your friend.

its also funny how a naturalistic explanation is far-fetched to you but the idea of a space daddy magically making everything with his super powers is something you can accept without a second thought.

If it wasn't for God you wouldn't have science.

Honestly, I think this says it all.
The highest joy and the greatest honor will be the moment when we meet the Lord Jesus Christ face-to-face for the very first time.

Deb, my little pea-brain can barely comprehend the joy awaiting us in heaven. Like the song goes..."Will I dance for you Jesus, or to my knees will I fall.." I've been told there are no tears in heaven, but I can imagine seeing Jesus for the first time with tears of joy streaming down my face.

Interesting...

Yes, the secrets are revealed to those who CHOOSE to see.

The key to unlocking these secrets and mysteries is hidden with us, once we find the key, the Bible will help us unlock these precious treasures.

And that is totally your choice. I had done a series on evolution vs. Creation awhile back. I think you would of loved that one. Maybe not all the proofs I had that it was a creator and not evolution, but I think you would enjoyed the read.
