of diffrent sports is worlds better seeing it live than on a tv... am i alone in this? i cant watch sports on tv,, its so boring or i see things that can be done diffrent,, and theres no energy there,, but in a stadium, you feed off the crowd.

Oh there's nothing like being at a game live for sure.

I remember going to a Detroit Tigers game last year, we were playing the White Sox on a Sunday afternoon. It's the bottom of the 9th, and we're down 2 runs with 1 out to go. We end up getting a base hit to stay alive, and then a 2 run blast to tie the game (which we eventually won in 12 innings). Man when we tied it, did the place ever explode! It was so loud! You can't compare that with watching it on TV, no way!

I agree watching a game in a stadium arena etc. is always better than watching it on tv. I see the field better and I can see the play develop, especially in a sport like football or hockey where the camera is only showing a part of the field or just one or two players. The enthusiasm just isn't there when I'm watching it on tv. when I'm at the stadium you can feel the crowd and there emotions better, joy, anger, tension, desperation.
