whenever I get a yahoo im from one of them, I try to get them to send me cash money...  ...it always gets to "will you pay the courier/"...I agree to, then pretty quick...it is poof...gone thats how it work Rehab Is for Quitters |

I just delete the emails.
Whenever I get a check I stick it in my desk for a souvenir. If you get an email from someone you don't know. Delete it without opening it. A lot of them have a tracker that let's the sender know if the mail has been opened. If you keep deleting them before they are opened. Eventually they'll stop sending them. |

how many of you have some one tried to con on here by getting a e-mail saying that if you send them some money they will get you more money in return?

I sent $1000 to someone who said it was for the HOOKER recycling program...and the OLD HOOKER'S HOME...they have given so much of themselves.

i got about 3 of them off of here. when you get one, use the report button and send it to Mike and Van, they will boot the folks off. They do a good job of keeing the cons off here.

how many of you have some one tried to con on here by getting a e-mail saying that if you send them some money they will get you more money in return? In this past month, 3 tried to, so I stole something from them instead. Their time. I have the opinion that many of us could shut it all down entirely, by playing dumb, never giving valid information to cons, and occupying the most expensive part of their con, the time they spend conning. |

You can also go to snopes.com. They have alot of the scams listed. I got an email from one of our boys from Iraq( more than likely it was an imposter.) I get them alot. I read where you can't be enterd in a UK Lottery unless you buy the ticket yourself.
