Serious? Have you tried calling an ER and talking to a nurse or doctor? I think I heard that baking soda in water may neutralize it, but I would call and get some medical advice and not fool around.

Wash with clean water & put a good salve on it. at nite open to the air, for fastest healing.

when I clean my car battery, I use baking soda and water to nutralize the acid, but I wouldn't fool around with it. LA is right, see a Dr.

thanks every buddy, I got into some bad battery acid and got it on part of my hand and part of my arm, I flushed it with water, it feels like shoe leather right now lol oh well, guess one way or another some people get mauled

blond, if you burned yourself you have to get that checked girl don't just stay home, go to the nearest hospital, is better to be safe than sorry.... don't wait just go blondie!!!
