AWWW, sorry to hear that. Maybe the two of you just need to take some time out for a day or two (or a couple hours) which ever feels most comfortable, then take the time to talk it out.

Then figure out if it was justified or frivolous

If it was frivolous then talk it out
If it was justified then do some real soul searching. a couple of day to clear your mind always helps. Dont think about the relationship. Just become a couch pottato or go out for walks. Just clear your head.

hmmmm....been there, done that....if he said that...it hurts like hell. Take some "me time" and then move on.

Yes it hurts and it hurts bad. Im sorry Ive been there. More then once...lol I can laugh it gets easier.
Are you going to let Love hurt or are you going to respect the man for being a man.
He let you know. He didnt try to fake it or hide it.
He at least was man enough not to scar you with an affair or divorce.
