i have been having one of those days when you just feel great in the morning and by the end of the day you just want to kick someone down a flight of stairs and pull out all my hair! has anyone else have that day today? Your hair seems to be intact looking from where I am sitting

I think that kicking would be an understatement today! More like beating down and then kicking! Sorry...had a REALLY bad week!

yeah.. sadly the other half of my patients are quite stupid... they are the ones I really hate dealing with.. I can at least get a chuckle from the crazy ones well i guess the crazies are funny.. they just come in with the fack arrow through the head and they super glued it to their bole head!! that was a funny day for my bro!
