It is pretty cool though when you have freinds come over and were grillin steaks and havin a few beers and a celebrity drops in and noone recognizes them. Then afterwards they say " I like that guy. He's a nice guy." Then I hold up his album cover or movie poster and they get pissed off because I didn't tell them who it was in the first place.

From ted nugent to cheap trick. From molly hatchet to aerosmith. I've had dinner with the president and 2 of my senators. I've been blessed in meeting everyone I grew up listening to on the radio. Celebs are people too with lives and families, bills and commitments.

very funny. Two years ago they had an open mic country band in pepin playing outdoors on the lakefront. I rode down on my triumph motorcycle and sidecar rig with my girlfreind. Shania shows up in disguise (dark glasses- jeans, t shirt) and jumps up and starts singing. And it was unbelievable. Her voice is amazing. The crowd is all like "That woman can sing! She's great! She sounds just like shania." we just sat there giggling. It was cool.
