and it will be my last cigarette [again]! last time i quit it was for 3 years, and stupid me had a couple cigarettes at girls nite out about 3 months ago. Which started me back smoking. So I think I am going to enjoy this last cigarette and know that no longer some paper, tobacco, and nasty stuff will rule my life! amen sista to me! Just remember that it's all in your mind. Don't take it day by day, but second by second.

now I am going to take $20 each week and set it aside for spending money for my vacation in august. no more smoking! no more nicotine ruling my life! I am in control, not a little cigarette! [and you all know i'll be whining later right?!?!?] |

If you want I'll follow you around with a bucket of water and throw it at you next time you try to light up.  But I think I may need 'cinder block' therapy - a bucket of water may not do the trick for me!
