Mayor Giuliani did it in New York City and the people loved it. Crime dropped tremendously and people could actually go out with alot less fear of getting hurt.




The US Court of Appeals in DC ruled last year that the DC gun ban laws were in violation of the 2nd Amendment. Unsatisfied the anti-gun lobby took the case to the Supreme Court. They are expected to make a decision at the end of this month.
Word has it that the Majority support the lower courts decision, and will rule once and for all that the second amendment guarantees an individual right to gun ownership.

PRINCETON, NJ -- A solid majority of the U.S. public, 73%, believes the Second Amendment to the Constitution guarantees the rights of Americans to own guns. Twenty percent believe the amendment only guarantees the rights of state militia members to own guns.
