We are banana HAPPY

I love bananas. Buying some this weekend. They are good with peanut butter and good covered in chocolate too.

Okay....here's my banana routine....

I buy bananas while they are still green, but not too green....
then i wait for them to ripen...at their sweetest point I peel all the bananas, put them in a baggie & freeze them...i like them better that way....when i want a snack i just pull one out or i'll pull one out & add it to my morning cereal with frozen blueberries which are one of the best antioxidants...

i tend to get cramps in my legs & have found bananas really seem to help....

And proven research shows, (see page 1) that it makes us all happy and in good moods! Eat up everyone.

yea I gave the info on the banana.........I do however love bluesky's idea....I bruise like a banana and eat them so I don't......and bananas bruise....what does that mean in the whole scheme of life...hmmmmmm
