oh dear. What's the big deal? It's not like I'm Howard Hughes. don't have to be to get crotch rot Oh, c'mon, people only used to bathe ONCE a week.

Actually it's better for your hair if you don't wash it daily. Something about it's natural oils infusing it to make it stronger. I haven't any scientific data to back it up, but my barber told me that. Hey, I like my women to be a little dirty. Some of you smell just fantastic when you have a little sweaty thing going for you!! Phermones baby, gotta love 'em!!!

To only bathe 2-3 times a week. To tell the truth I only bathe when I have work or class... and how often is that?

People actually bathed every SEASON. That's the reason that perfumes were created in the first place. It was thought odd by others to clean yourself too often. People that did were thought to be in cahoots with... the DEVIL.... The major reason (other than rats) than plagues spread so far and so fast was due to the fact that any little bugger that got on a person was easily transferred to another due to lack of hygeine.

Mine told me to not use shampoo every day, just conditioner, it's the shampoo stripping your hair of the oils, etc. It's been much softer and healthier since I just wet it and use conditioner every other day now.

Not sure this is true... but you know why brides started carrying bouquets and why it's common to be the 'June' bride? Back in the days when people only bathed in the spring, when it started warming up around May (pioneer days??), they would marry in June while they were 'fresh' and carried the flowers to smell better. Again, not sure that's gospel, but my sister comes up with these strange facts... Do you know where the saying "raining cats and dogs" comes from? Cats and dogs would lay on the grass thatched roofs of old sod homes for warmth/comfort and when it rained a lot the grass/thatching got slick and then cats and dogs came sliding off...so when there was a downpour it was 'raining cats and dogs'. Who knows...I'm gullible, I bought it.

I only wash my hair every other day, because its really long and if I wash it everyday and blow dry it, it gets really damaged. But i take a bath every night. But I run an hour every night and I dont like to go to bed sweaty.

It would be odd for me! I rarely leave home without taking a shower first. I don't think I could get excited about someone who didn't clean themselves daily, either.
