I think monday I may do some riding to new places. Tuesday I'm going to the freakshow downtown to grab freebies from freinds and sponsors. Maybe hit top 50. Maybe do the bike show at rapid city convention center.

Wednesday I may lead a group ride and do wyoming wednesday. Around 10 bikes. Up to belle fourche out to hewlett in the morning. Devils tower around lunch. Sundance burnout contest/ wet t shirt/ no t shirt contest at 3 pm. Then up spearfish canyon to lead and gamble for an hour in the casino- preferrably celebrity hotel museum because we've all won big there 3 years running- 400 to 1000 bucks. Then back to rockerville for some beer, burgers, and hot tubbin.

Thursday morning I'm doing some sightseeing and shopping. I need to be at the rapid city airport by 3 to meet and pick up gypsy and take her up the hill and get her settled in from her 9 hour flight. Then we gotta go down to see mama rose at the full throttle saloon and get our tickets for ZZ top. If were early enough we can go hang out with jesse james or run across the street and hang out with rick fairless and the stroker dallas crew and support our local chumps. Maybe get more freebies. After ZZ top a nice romantic ride back to camp. Maybe a bottle of wine.

Friday I take gypsy down to downtown sturgis all day for the freakshow. Probably do top 50, rapid city harley, demo rides, downtown, out to buffalo chip, full throttle, broken spoke, the roadhouse, the cellar, the HA clubhouse to represent so gyps can get a local 81 momento. Crawl thru the million vendors and shop. Then take a break. Then freetime to share decisions for evening plans. Then back to rockerville for drinks, baked stuffed salmon, and hot tubbin.........but most likely we will take the scenic route up 385 around lake pactola into sturgis.

very much appreciated. The way it looks now there will be two of us riding out together. We ride hard and fast. We make it to sioux falls first leg and stay at the koa- we both have member cards- the first night. We blaze to rockerville by sunday afternoon. Its 607 miles from our homes. And we've never trailer queened in 11 years. Woo woo. The cops see our american flag combat decorated vet license plates and salute us and let us go.

Saturday, the last day of the rally is going to be the day I take gypsy (and anyone else who wants to go) up into the hills for the grand tour of all parks in one day. Custer, coolidge, needles highway, downtown custer, 16A, wildlife loop road, the pigtails, and mount rushmore. If we have time we will do skyline drive and dinosaur park roads and maybe dinner in rapid city depending on mood and timing. With the rally winding down traffic should be light.

I rspect that I have been made alot of offers but still solo here too....just careful I dont disrespect thats why I had to ask

oh yeah! Gotta love goin fast. I'm slated to run super stock at S&S 50th anniversary party in lacrosse wis on june 27th&28th. Dude! You're under 10 seconds! Yeah here's my fresh race physical and longform so you can put that pretty blackflag back in your pocket and turn off the double reds on the christmas tree holmes! Its called sandbagging with no wheeliebars and you've seen it before judge- aint your first country picnic. Ha ha ha ha!

On sunday the end of sturgis we pack. I'm going to have to get gypsy up early and off to the airport and safely home. Then throw bags on the bike and head home. The saying of goodbyes is always the hardest part. This year especially because when I return home I will be changing jobs after 16 years- 8 of which I was the senior man. It will be tough not being the boss anymore. Job changes are always rough. Gotta do it though. My current job is cutting back benefits and my new job offers unbelievable pay and benefits. Retirement baby. That's what its all about. And I want one.
