It's happened to me a few times and the following is my favorite tale:

My date called me approximately 20 minutes before we were supposed to meet. She told me that she was running late and would likely arrive at the diner in a half an hour (meaning 10 minutes late...) So I get there and she's a no-show. WTF???

If she changed her mind could she have not told me when she called? Or if she needed to could she have not come up with one of a dozen different excuses? To this day I'm at a loss to understand this.

Anyone else have a good one?

Maybe she was trying to get her nerve up and failed. So many people are non-confrontational nowadays. Just be honest girls. Thats all we want....NOT!

Which one? I've been stood up by more women than I've actually gone out with. Let's see...

I've had the pleasure of sitting in a coffee shop for over 3 hours waiting to see if a woman would show. No call, wasn't late, just wouldn't show and of course didn't answer when I called her.

How about when I went to take a woman and her children to see a kids movie. I show up (at her home) and I can hear her telling her kids to be quiet so that I would think no one was there. How's that for standing you up?

How about the time that the lady had her MOM call and tell me she wasn't going to make it. At least her mom got ahold of me before I left the house (by about ten minutes). I had tickets to dinner theater, so I went without her.

Just the tip of the iceburg man, I could go on for days. I am currently on a streak of being stood up 29 times without a date in between, so I've got the time.

If the pictures are small she makes the venue a park and goes far enough so that sees if the person matches the photo and if she thinks she likes them she goes forward otherwise goes home
That day was raining I went with a rain coat on and an Indiana Jones hat on
May be she thought I was the local flasher and decided to go home her loss

oh yeah. my favorite was "oh god, i just hit my dog backing out of the driveway!" i saw him at the movies that night with another girl. dog musta made a quick recovery eh?

I was waiting in the vestibule for awhile and my car for awhile.
I tried calling her cell and got no response. That is never a good sign....
