I have the desire to call in and lay in the sun on the deck with a good book all day sometimes...and that's practically in my underware. Wait...did it last week. Prolly do it twice a year on an easy day to miss.

I think the best thing I could do for my neighbors benefit would be to add an enclosed patio between the house and garage. Then, it'd be perfect.
