Maybe they ( barring the 0.1% mentioned) havent learned how to deal with the changes and are reacting rather than being proactive. I believe men also have cycles - but they handle them differently. They are less self conscious about blurting 'Just leave me the 'f' alone!!' than women are. Which, in effect, begins the ugly communication issue - men vs women. It's all been said before ...
