theres no excuse for that  . it takes me about 5 mins in the morning to brush, floss and use mouthwash, and the same on a night.

to bad hygiene, theres no excuse, so i would walk away. i use floss and mouthwash daily, i use a anti bac whitening in the morning, and a stronger anti bac mouthwash at night, and you DONT even have to do that, just cleaning twice daily for a few mins is sufficent. |
