Sunday in the Rain

If kindness were this morning rain,
it could soak down into the hardened earth
and saturate the entire world.

If kindness were this warm wind,
it could whisper through mountains and valleys
and spread its message over the entire world.

If kindness were this kiss,
I would give it to you so that it would reach your heart
and shine out from your eyes to the entire world.
