What do you all think about three 12-hour shifts a week? Lots of time off, but tiring at times taking care of lots of patients.

i used to work at a retirement home...and 12 hr shifts were basically my life. just keep yourself busy. makes the night go by faster

I hated them...but the four days off was great.

7pm to 7am, fixed schedule, total bucks, no day shifters to deal with.

7pm to 7am, fixed schedule, total bucks, no day shifters to deal with. No bosses either! My department supervisor's office overlooks the entire ICU where my station is. Luckily she has lots of meetings
