it depends on where you get your tuna from and the mercury content that is in the fish. but eat what you want when you want and be happy. cause if you listen to everyone you'll find out that everything will kill you for some reason or another. so true...for example cheezewhiz contains paint thinner..it's what makes it so spreadable...and that no-freeze ice-cream that is always soft...contains trace amounts of rat poison...and i'm not EVEN going to go into hotdogs
