I am constantly told, in PUBLIC, to watch my language and I tell them
to re-read the constitution and if they don't like my language not to
listen or GO AWAY! lol.

Generally you do have freedom of speech as long as it doesn't infringe
on others. Such as a public establishment that you can cause them to
lose business, thus they have the right to Boot you from their
establishment: This is why places like this website has the right to
Boot us when we get out of hand. Another example is if you say something
that can harm someone (such as their reputation, character, etc) you can
be held liable for Defamation of Character and could have to pay
damages. So under both these examples, sure you can open your mouth and
spout off whatever you want but you can infringe on others rights when
you do (unless you can prove what is said should it come down to going
to court).

Additionally, When you do say something that generally offends something
(Say for example "ALL MEN ARE PIGS") others "might" get offended in some
way and comment back in a way to piss you off equally or more.....

So sure Freedom of Speech is a Constitutional Right, but you might want
to use some common sense when useing this Right. Does this help any?

not to mention, it's illegal to say things like, "FIRE" in a building,
if there isn't one...because you could lead to the harm of others.

threatening statements are a no-go...

and you SHOULDN'T be able to curse or say questionable things in front
of children.
