Here comes my Baby Girl
she is trotting down the hill,
can her little legs support her
I think some how they will.

Oops,she takes a tumble
but bounces back up for more,
she is giggling and smiling
for she knows her daddy's at the door.

I reach for her and hold her
and she gives me a little kiss,
how can anyone in their right mind
even attempt to resist all this.

For she was my baby girl
but is now a distant past,
she grew up quick,and so fast
is a shame she didnt last.

I kneel at her gravesite
amongest the flooding of my tears,
have never been so devastated
through all those many years.

There goes my baby girl
she left me long ago,
gone so long in heaven
where she is happier,I know.
