I think the rudeness would be so different in real life (in person). This screen makes a lot of people feel ten feet tall and invinsible. Letting them become someone different. A screen name with attitude. I also believe that some of those same peole are most likely very kind in person. Kat

Kat I agree with this, the internet in a sense can be a blessing and a curse in this way. Makes it so easy to say things you'd otherwise never say.

If they are nasty on here, and nice in real life, they are faking the nice part. Nice people are nice everywhere.

For the most part, the Rude and Cruel are not just bored. They have been Deeply Hurt at some point. Not knowing what to do or how to handle their hurt, they Lash Out. Its actually a cry for help, tho they may not admit it.
