Blood circulation loss, usually or pinched nerve to the extremity ( meaning arm or leg ) ... kinda like when you sit on feet, or kneel down, sitting oh your heels , and your legs go to sleep ??... that is my guess... I get it sometimes from sitting in my chair and floating around in here

Well, if you were sitting on your leg and it falls asleep, it's because you cut off the blood's circulation.
If the leg goes numb for no reason, it may be a pinched nerve from your back. |

I do have a pinched nerve in my lower back.... ok that makes sence.. still sucks when I fall to my knees all the time If it is causing you to fall, you need to see a neurologist or orthopedic surgeon. You may need physical therapy to help the disc to go back in so it will quit pushing on the nerve and quit pinching it. |

I dont understand it... oo an have you ever had your leg so numb when you stood up you just fell to your knees? happens to me all the time I remember one time at Vacation Bible School many years ago, we were sitting around in a circle and each had a puzzle piece to stick on the board. When it was my turn, I almost fell over on the guy besides me because my leg at fallen asleep. After that the teacher gave me a chair to sit on. I was embarrassed to say the least. |
