I wonder how many people understand themselves and why they feel as they do.

Why our personal choices are made?

What choices are deemed acceptable and why?

Who knows the who, what, when, where, and how concerning their own personally cultivated sense of ought, specifically how it has been and is being established?

What offends, and why?

What does not, and why?

Where did the exposure come from?

How dependable and truthful are the source(s) of what has been learned and accepted as truth within each of us?

How much desire do we each have to better ourselves as people, and what exactly would that take?

Life got a lot easier when I realized that the world doesnt revolve around me, and I dont matter that much in the big picture ,and life will go on just fine without me It was liberating.

When I was younger and growing up not much really matter'd to me,, I went to school believed in all that was said,, went to church again believed in all that was said,,,

Hmmmmmmmmmmmm Having Kids and being a single parent as changed my view in life as to what,, who,, why,, I pride myself on not being perfect,, not always having the right answer,,

Knowledge is an incredible tool, and I am a student on Earth,, Learning, teaching and failing,, yet I know in my Soul that life is
incredible and my tomorrow may not be promised,, I live for another day filled with ups, downs, tears,, happiness,,.,...

I have also learned that not all I hear is correct in my Eyes,, So I take what is needed and leave the rest on the back shelf so to say,,,, Hmmmmmmmmmmm ya know the rainy day Ummm maybe that info was useful,, kinda thingy

I try daily to better my Spirit my life,, by doing what I love,, Giving back,,, freely,,,,, Enriching my mind in order to share this with my Children and grandchildren,, To experience life and explore all that is out there,,,

I find an incomprehensibly compelling urge to better myself as a human...

To reflect upon my own thoughts, beliefs, and actions, and asess them accordingly.

If I were to have one major goal in this life with all others being contained within it, it would be for me to become the best possible human that I can.

I believe all else will fall into place... and actually is...

This thread was intended to entertain the notion of self-improvement. Specifically, the self-diagnosis which precludes what I would deem a true pursuit of such.

Without going into details, I can stand in my own shoes and know that I could have done better at different times in my life concerning many things. Although this is not meant to focus on regret. To the contrary, the recognition for the need, and the humility required to truly perceive one's own mistakes in life should be an enlightening adventure... one of which that frees the mind, body, and spirit of that which has corrupted a peaceful existence within each of us.

Choice and thought are products of one's individual perception. The focus, in my opinion, should be upon how one has formed the perceptual faculty and why he/she has made those internal agreements within that determine what is perceived as truth and/or reality.

Until one's perception changes, the focus remains the same.

As long as one views this world and/or themself through it's own worldly fingerprint, it will remain incorruptable.

Looking out through the worldly fingerprint for the answers which only lie within one, will only lead one farther away from themself and the spirit which lives within each of us...

You have to truly want to be a better person...

I've ponder'd some more,, and have searched deep within this past week,, And I to have room for Improvement,, My past Shell was filled with anger and not so happy as I have come to grow and learn more of what I need in my world My Present Shell has bloomed and is still in the processing Stage,, I have no regrets in life all is what I made of it,, good or bad,, I do now see where I need to go in order
to fullfill my Shell ,,, a lifelong journey of touching, seeing, hearing and silence in order to be the me I want to be,,,,

A work in process,, I do like the path I am on,,,
