Well, keep in mind that I don't even know if this story is true. Just something I have heard passed down through time. Although apparantly there was an ancient Necromancer that was able to control the body so perfectly that he was able to even age someone or youthen the body. He could take control of your soul and you were powerless to resist. Although that wasn't enough for him. Before he was captured and killed he was working on a way to control the children of the souls he has captured. Both in and out of the womb. Although to do so he needed the essence of one of the parents. Whether it be a bit of blood. A lock of hair, Something that shared characteristics with the child. So your saying that it's possible that maybe Esane has done this? *Rathil actually winces a little bit as he knows she will not be happy about the following news* Unfortunately it would appear so. The blood or whatever is used has to come from a deceased parent. You are very much alive and we already know that Esane is in possesion of Jerichos soul. It is possible that if that story is true that Esane has either teamed up with a powerful Necromancer or has maybe even found the soul of that ancient Necromancer somewhere in hell and has found a way to coax his help out of him. Damn it!!! What was the effect on the children? |

Well the only consolation is that he was able to accelerate or decelerate actual time. So the baby growing inside you is going through it's full birth cycle. Just faster than normal. The baby will be born healthy. The downside is that if this is the case, and remember I am not saying for sure this is what's happening. Just the only thing I can think of, but in order to do this the necromancer had to have a link with the childs soul. Which means should the baby be born and be accelerated into growing up. It would be nothing more than a slave to the will of the necromancer, and should he be working for Esane, the will of Esane as well.

Gets up and follows Calliope into the kitchen.... What has you so worked up my little friend? Calliope turns around as she grabs mugs and dunks them in the wash bucket. "Re'Anna, I just dont know what is going on here and I fear it will be much worse than I imagine. I have devoted my life to the protection of children. I must now commit to protecting Alatariel with all that I know and can do. I believe that child is the coming of a new world, but that new world could be compromised by evil." her voice goes deep |

He taps one side of the cube and a huge red vortex appears in front of Rathil. The temperature in the inn instantly rises to where sweat is rolling down everyones face. Rathil is about to take a step through when a giant red claw reaches through the vortex into the Inn.* Aw hell, *Rathil mutters* *He snaps his finger and a sword appears in his hand. He stabs into the claw. A loud yell is heard as the claw recoils into the vortex. Rathil looks at Alatariel and tips his hat. He lets out a loud yell as he charges through the gate, sword first. The gate closes behind him and the temperature returns to normal.* |

But realize this, we can do only so much. My magic is very limited at this point. Swords and daggers are no match for the likes of what may come, i'm afraid. |

Our unity will overcome all the odds as long as we understand that we must at all times work as a team." Calliope picks up her glass and guzzles it down. You just have to know when the time is right and how to approach the enemy" she stops and shouts..."Ok everyone, that is enough, we must rejoice and be thankful for having so many wonderful friends here at the Inn." She starts to clap and smiles at all her friends in the tavern.. |
