When I worked in the prison system, this was a major issues, inmates were allowed to subscribe to Playboy and a couple of other "authorized" magazines at one point, don't know the rules now.

Their definition of porn at that point was that it had to show "penetration" - if it was just nudity the inmates could have it at that point. May have changed now. But it was a really sticky subject and lots of appeals for denying magazines and pictures, etc., from the inmates were recieved and dealt with.

You wouldn't believe the pictures women would send of themselves to the inmates (at one point I helped open the mail) - enough to make you gag, ewwwwwwww.
