I got over one a month or two ago thought I was getting it again a few weeks ago.. didn't and now feeling like poo  OK - now don't laugh... Do you have any of that saline solution left? for my nose? yes... |

I got over one a month or two ago thought I was getting it again a few weeks ago.. didn't and now feeling like poo OK - now don't laugh... Do you have any of that saline solution left? for my nose? yes... Use it... That's where it starts, in the sinuses. Since using it regularly, I have not had colds, sinus headaches, or allergy problems. And sinus headaches with me were a weekly occurance...
