This actually happened to me and I was pretty conflicted about it, since I didn't know if the clerk would just pocket it themselves and didn't think it was likely that they would come back since I'd already been there for half and hour. In the end I gave it to the manager. I wonder what happened to it? |

I did that with my hair stylist sort of. I looked at the receipt saw that it was way to low so I walked a block back to her place.
She looked at it and said she was giving me a break on the charges. That said I'd pocket it. It would probably be more likely it came from a customer than the store owner. That would be my reasoning. |
