If you were Peccy....would you sue the police department? I would expect their insurance to pick up the hospital tab and replace my car...but that's all if there were no lasting physical damages to my person.

If you were Peccy....would you sue the police department? I actually asked him about this while ago. He said nahhhh. He felst bad for the lady cop...said she was just a 24 yr old rookie. I am sure the insuarnce company will pay for his car and his injuries and rental car, though. right now though he is without transportation. I told him to call the police dept. and see if they will get a rentalcar sent to him.
