No affection yet, but think I got a hint of some long distance affection. Story of my life, everything takes work.

Does a phone call from the grandbabies count, if so, then I got some affection today.

Grandkid affection is fantastic.
4 yr old grandson is starting to talk on the phne to me.
Always a good time.

I am lucky in that dept, I get to see 4 of my grandbabies all the time, 3 when I am in Dallas and my youngest one(5mo) when I am at home, and love every minute of it

You are very lucky Bucket, my grandbabies live about 9 hours away and I have only seen them once in the last 1-1/2 or so since they moved away. Before that I saw them daily. So now, I have to settle for phone calls, but sure do miss them.

My grandson turns 4 on the 24th, and he has a new "trick." Anytime his mom asks him to do something, like go to bed, or come inside, etc., he tells her "Grandma said no" or "Grandma said I don't have to" so guess I am getting my revenge on them for moving away from me -- HA!!! Teach my daughter to mess with the "grandma."

Hi greer, sure - they all count. Some more than others tho it depends on what youre loking for Tonight I'm going out we'll see how it goes.

My neice and nephew still like to give me bear hugs. My parents still like to hug me when they see me too. Love hugs!!
