I dont particularly like rap but music is universal, you should enjoy whatever type of music you like. |

About the only one I can listen to and he doesn't really do much rap is Usher. I think that's more hip hop though. But his song "YEAH" really makes you have to dance!

Are they white people or black people that gives you a "dirty" look? It's probabaly the same as seeing a black person singing Jack Johnson to some people. I don't know... I don't think it's a big deal either way. |

I don't understand your question. why wouldn't it be ok for a white guy to know the lyrics to a rap song? that doesn't make sense. People probably look at you funny because you are singing too loud or off key or something.
And I agree with BoneyJoe- hip hop is in a state of 911. |
