I'd wait. You're young. There's plenty of time for house buying in your future.

that's fine...but money might not be a problem now...with our economy the way it is going it might be in the future..don't get me wrong it's not exactly a bad time to buy right now but it creates a whole new mess of problems if you ever seperate. But the only one who can answer this question is you...my guess is that if you are asking for advice over the internet your not sure...well you need to find out if this is what YOU want as well...not just something to please your g.f. But if it makes BOTH of you happy and you plan on being together for awhile than go for it
